Built by Athletes. Designed for You.
Retreats created by people who live this every day — so you can train hard, recover deeply and still feel human.
Why We Built PowerZone
For a long time, you had two choices:
We built PowerZone to claim the middle ground. We believe you can train like a professional athlete in the morning and relax like a human being in the afternoon. You can sweat through a boxing circuit and still enjoy a chef-prepared dinner in a private villa.
The Party Holiday
Great life, but you come home feeling worse than when you left.
The Bootcamp
Great workout, but you sleep in a bunk bed and eat rabbit food.
Meet The Leads

Brian Ceballo
Co-Founder & Lead Boxing Coach
Brian is a professional boxer, lifelong athlete and the founder of Bout Fight Club in New York City.
He has coached hundreds of individuals—from first-timers to competitive fighters—through boxing, strength and performance training.
Brian co-founded PowerZone Retreats to bring that same high standard of coaching out of the gym and into some of the world’s most beautiful locations. Every session is technical, safe and scalable, so you get a real workout, not just a generic holiday sweat.
Luliia Rundenko
Co-Founder & Lead Yoga Coach
Iuliia is a yoga teacher and movement coach known for her strong Ashtanga practice and deep understanding of multiple yoga styles. She has spent years teaching in New York City and internationally, working with everyone from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners.
On retreat, Iuliia leads the yoga, mobility and breath-focused sessions—combining strength, discipline and precision with a calm, grounded energy.
Together, Brian and Iuliia co-founded PowerZone Retreats to create weeks that treat boxing, strength and yoga with equal respect: all three are serious disciplines, and all three are central to the experience.

From One Retreat to a Global Circuit

We started with a simple idea: train hard in nature, then recover properly in comfort. The first PowerZone experiences took place in Central America and Southeast Asia.
Now, the circuit is growing—out to the coastlines of Portugal and Mallorca, the desert lagoon of Dakhla in Morocco and the temple city of Siem Reap in Cambodia.
Different backdrops, same mission: train hard, recover deep and connect with good people.
OUR VALUES

01
Real Training
We respect your time. When the gloves go on, we teach real technique and high-intent strength and conditioning. No fluff.
02
Radical Recovery
We believe rest is a discipline. We prioritize sleep, good food, and downtime just as much as the workout itself.
03
Small Circles
We keep our groups small—usually around 6–12 people—so you’re never just a name on a clipboard. You’re part of a team.
