A High-Performance Escape

Most vacations leave you tired. Most bootcamps leave you broken. We sit in the middle: high-performance weeks that actually restore you.

You’ll train hard, sweat daily and challenge your body — but you’ll also sleep in comfortable beds, eat chef-prepared meals and have real downtime to read, explore or nap by the pool.

How We Move

Our training is led by Brian Ceballo, Iuliia Rundenko, and our coaching team. Every session is scalable, so a complete beginner and an experienced athlete can train side-by-side and both get a killer workout.

The Work

We start the day with energy. Expect boxing technique, padwork, footwork drills and strength circuits designed to wake up your system.

The Reset

As the sun goes down, evening sessions focus on yoga flows, mobility work and breathwork to down-regulate your nervous system.

The Golden Rule

We run a clear daily schedule, so the group stays aligned. We expect guests to show up for sessions ready to work. If something feels off, we’ll scale or modify the session for you—communication is key—but the commitment is to be present, not to disappear.

Small Groups, Good Humans

Our groups are intentionally small—usually 6–12 guests. That means real 1-on-1 coaching, space to ask questions and no one getting lost at the back.

Flying solo? Perfect. Around 80% of our guests come alone. You might arrive as a stranger, but you’ll leave with a team of open-minded, down-to-earth people from around the world.

Before You Go

Once you book, the stress ends. You’ll receive a comprehensive Info Pack with packing lists, travel insurance info, airport transfer details and a link to our retreat WhatsApp group so you can meet the crew before you fly.

During the Retreat

You land, our transfer picks you up and we take it from there. For seven days your only job is to train, eat, rest and enjoy. We manage logistics; you manage your energy.

After You Leave

You don’t go home with a holiday high that fades in a week. You leave with discipline, better movement patterns and a clear picture of how hard you can train when you’re properly supported. The standard you set here is something you can carry back into your everyday life.
