Boxing & Conditioning

Morning sessions focus on boxing, footwork and high-intent conditioning. You’ll work combinations, defence, pads, bags and bodyweight/strength circuits—all scalable whether you’re brand-new or experienced.

Strength & Performance

We build strength and resilience with smart, progressive programming: lower-body and upper-body days, core and power work and athletic conditioning. The goal isn’t to crush you—it’s to make you feel strong, capable and better in your everyday life.

Yoga, Strength & Recovery

Our evening sessions use yoga to build strength, mobility and focus while also down-shifting your nervous system after the morning’s work.

The Daily Reset

Evening sessions also focus on down-regulating your nervous system with slow flows, deep mobility work and breathwork to undo travel stiffness and prepare you for the next day.

Flows that ask your legs, core and shoulders to work, not just stretch. Expect strength-building shapes, stability work and time under tension alongside mobility.

Simple, accessible techniques to shift your body out of “fight or flight” and into a calmer state so you actually absorb the training.

These sessions help you develop real control—physically and mentally—while also supporting recovery so you can keep showing up at a high level all week.
