How We Train in
Siem reap

Boxing & Conditioning
Morning sessions focus on boxing, footwork and high-intent conditioning. You’ll work combinations, defence, pads, bag work and bodyweight/strength circuits—scalable whether you’re brand new or experienced.
Strength & Performance
We build strength and resilience with smart programming: lower-body and upper-body strength days, core and power work and athletic conditioning. The goal isn’t to crush you—it’s to make you feel strong, capable and better in your everyday life.

Yoga, Strength & Recovery
Evening sessions combine challenging flows, strength-building shapes and mobility work to open tight areas, build control and help you land after travel and training.
The Daily Reset
Each day is designed to end calm, not wired. We use breathwork and slow, intentional movement to down-shift your nervous system so you sleep well and wake up ready to move again.
